The leading Facility Management Company OCS and Gold Bricks FMS (GB FMS) signed MOU for overseas property management services.
Emma Lee, WPS (Workplace solution) manager of GB FMS said on 26th “Through the global business network of OCS, Korean companies now will have chance to be supported with the services of a global standard.”
This MOU means that the clients of GB FMS can receive services of a global standard and in another way, companies in overseas can be supported by GB FMS when they have business in Korea.
OCS U.K. is an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) company which provides property management and facility management of aviation industry in 52 countries.
GB FMS had strengthened its overseas service network through this MOU. GB FMS started overseas mobilization business from last June in order to support local companies who are expanding its businesses to overseas.
GB FMS is providing one-stop service including overseas legal advice, manpower supply and local property, facility management services.
