Gold Bricks FMS (GB FMS) is selected as the IFM service provider of a global conglomerate. GB FMS will provide IFM (Integrated Facility Management) services including property management and projects from January 1st, 2017.
GB FMS will be the first IFM (Integrated Facility Management) service provider of this company.
IFM service will be in the form of outsourcing of workplace solution that includes Engineering Maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, waste management, energy saving, EHS, greenery, interior and MAC projects.
Chul Min Lee, Account manager at GB FMS said “The reason why GB FMS is selected as the IFM service provider overtaking other FM providers is due to the cost saving strategy with effectively customized facility management services to each client.”
GB FMS is on the process to utilize nationwide organizational network for effective support.
GB FMS is currently providing IFM services for clients in Seoul, Incheon, Seongnam, Dukpyung and Busan with efficient service and operational support.
