GB FMS appointed Dong Joo Park as the new CEO

Dong Joo Park, previous CEO of Johnson Controls GWS is appointed as CEO of Gold Bricks FMS (GB FMS). 

Park will have inauguration ceremony and start working from December 2016.

Park majored in mathematics at Sungkyunkwan University and is a MBA graduate from University of Liverpool, U.K.

He was a marketing manager at BNP Paribas and served as an executive director at ING LIFE. After working as a director of sales

and marketing at Standard Chartered Bank Korea and executive director at CF&I division of FN Stars, Park was has been CEO of

Johnson Controls GWS since 2012 until 2016.

He said “Our plan is to increase the number of client sites up to 100 in 2017, and also increase sales revenue from

$10,000,000 to $100,000,000.” Park revealed his ambition to be the leader of IFM industry.

Park also emphasized that the most important thing is to deliver services stably and continuously develop new business at the same time.
 

Park mentioned that GB FMS is the only local IFM company in Korea who can deliver global IFM model into local market.

His target is to combine intersecting point of local and global companies in the Korean market.
