Yesterday, on Wednesday March 10, 2021, Hyundai GBFMS welcomed new talents to the company.
The training was held at Bloomvista, Hyundai Group training center. New recruits received a welcome package containing various gifts. Then, Dong-Joo Park, CEO of Hyundai GBFMS, welcomed the newcomers with a presentation of the company heritage, vision, mission, and culture.
Persons in charge of finance, HR, marketing, account management, and project management presented their respective areas of expertise and key aspects of the company organization.
Yujin, one of the new interns said “it was very exciting to participate in this training. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere from all colleagues. I learned a lot from each department. The CEO’s speech was very impressive, and the training helped me to understand the big vision behind Hyundai GBFMS. It was very motivating and encouraged me a lot!”
Welcoming new talents is an important step to understand Hyundai GBFMS global culture and vision.
